Rent assistance program enables low-income residents to obtain rent assistance vouchers (Section 8) to rent from private landlords. Phone assistance will be available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, during the waitlist opening.

Property Management rent-subsidized apartments including public housing and
affordable housing apartments. Public housing hours: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Mon.-Thurs.

Request a free meal for delivery or pick up no questions asked. Meal request form request form is open from Monday to Wednesday, or until capacity is hit. Requests must be made weekly and limit 1 family meal per household. Deliveries are performed on Fridays. Pick up is on Friday 10 a.m. - Noon. Contactless delivery is made on Saturday from 10am -1pm. Someone from your household must be available to receive.

Statistics on Homelessness
More than 60% of Oregon’s homeless population sleep on the streets or in cars, according to the executive order declared by Oregon Gov. Kotek. That’s the fourth-highest rate of unsheltered homelessness in the country, and the nation’s highest rate of unsheltered homelessness for families with children.
While Oregon’s population represents 1.3% of the total U.S. population, Oregon’s homeless population represents 2.6% of the total U.S. homeless population.
